Dynamically Balanced

These machines work on the beater principle, that is the tubed web is serrated into the required tube lengths by a rotary beater against a serrated plate.
Various models of machines are available in various working widths for making flat or satchel (Gazetted) bags from paper or glassine. The smaller bags are often used for ice cream, tea and tobacco packing.
It is also possible to print bags in the same operation. The bag machine can be coupled with Aniline or Flexo End- Printer by means of a universal shaft and bevel gears.

Current process followed: The printing on fabric like bed-sheets, curtains, bed covers is done by transfer printing process. The process followed is the Paper Reel is printed in multi-colour by the Gravure printing process. This printed paper is pressed against the cloth with heat press of huge sizes. The heat transfer the print on the paper to the cloth. This is called the transfer printing process. The bed-sheets, bed covers, or curtains thus printed are finally sold in the market. The people are currently using the Gravure Printing Processes.
