Background: Mr P L Birla is a technocrat who made an import substitute of Rubber Design Rollers, meant for ABARI PRINTING in 1961. He introduced ROTARY EMBOSSING in 1968 in India, when paper Napkins were being embossed, by hand, Press systems. He made a breakthrough in Teleprinter Rolls making machinery in 1974.
